Dr. Uvatov, Board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, has been practicing medicine for over 26 years. She graduated from a medical school in Russia and was practicing as a Medical Doctor in her country. After moving to America, she graduated New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed surgical residency in St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center, Queens, NY. For several years following her postgraduate training, Dr. Uvatov was working as an attending in the Podiatry Clinic of Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn and the Diabetic Clinic of Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island. Additionally, she started her private practice in Brooklyn and Staten Island in 2008.
Dr. Uvatov speaks Russian and English and specializes in treating diseases of the skin, nails, soft tissues, bones & joints of the foot / ankle in both adults and children. By using her knowledge and experience, Dr. Uvatov became a dedicated and accomplished podiatrist that strives to provide the highest quality of care to her patients in Brooklyn and Staten Island.
